At The Organic Shilajit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality to satisfy our customers on every purchase. Please carefully read our refund and return policies.

✅ Refund & Return Validity

· Our refund policy is valid within 40 days of receipt from the date of purchase.

· If 40 days have passed since your purchase, you can’t avail a chance to refund or exchange.

· Our products are refundable and exchangeable only in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging unopened.

�� Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

· Expired products can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

· Bulk purchases (wholesale or large quantity orders) are not entertained for refund or return.

· Customized orders cannot be returned or refunded.

· Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

· Products that are opened, used, or tampered will not be accepted for return.

�� Conditions for Refund/Return

1. The product must be unopened when you receive it.

2. The product must be in its original packaging.

3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

�� Refund Process

· Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll contact you by email.

· In case we accept your refund, we automatically apply a refund to the original method of payment within 10 working days.

�� Return Shipping

· Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs on returning items.

· Shipping cost is non-refundable.
